PROGRAM ADMISSION PROCEDURES:
Complete separate applications for adult or youth programs, attach check and return to the club. Class size is limited and is filled on a first come, first served basis. Minimum enrollment required to run a class. Current program participation have priority in the following sessions assuming they pay prior to the week of the class of the session.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
We have a no-refund policy. Program credits will only be given in the event of extenuating circumstances, contact director at (860) 528-9251.
One make-up per session is permitted with the advanced notice of missed class, and will be offered in a another class of the same level. Make-ups may not be carried over to the following session. No refunds/credits will be provided for a missed class. Prolonged illness and injury will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
